For modality DX the Image Overlay Configuration the DICOM Tag 0018,1411, 0018,1412 and 0018,1413 are not available. T his is required due to legal requirements for the customer as written in the case#13422679

Include dicom header image 0 in image counts for display Some modalities send first image as image 0 such as Phillips Mx8000 IDT . Dicom tag 0020 0013 but WFM starts count at 1

WFM starts at image # 1 but some modalities send first image #0 which can create confusion for RADS in WFM viewer overlay. See Case#13335643 & 11771769. Engineering states working as designed.
