Allow CCW interfaces to be able filter the DMWL queries per modality like Rad does

This customer has 13 clinics and they would like to be able to filter the worklist for each facility's carts to show only today's studies. They were built as one org with 13 clinics and would like to use their carts to show them all the studies they have for today, without having the type anything in.
