DX - image overlay configuration - DICOM Tags 0018,1411, 0018,1412 and 0018,1413 are missing

For modality DX the Image Overlay Configuration the DICOM Tag 0018,1411, 0018,1412 and 0018,1413 are not available. This is required due to legal requirements for the customer as written in the case#13422679
