Storage of measurement settings (cm ==> mm) when Echopac Plug in is used in VDI environment.

It is even dangerous to have settings in EPPi in mm, while - each time a new VDI is launched - the settings revert béack to the defualt which is in cm, while customer wants to measure in mm.
