Document for handling OS Patches for all True PACS Systems

In most cases customers IT installs all OS Patches (Windows Server) and reboots all the True PACS VMs, this results in some situations where the UV / WFM is not fully working. Also if the customer respects a order like we had for SP1 related to Boot up order (1. SQL, 2. WFC. 3. EA, 4. WFM, 5. ZFP) in DOC2646275, in some cases the WFM / UV is working, because WFC Services were not fully started at WFM / UV startup time.

Service Teams needs a Customer facing Document for handling Windows Server OS Patches for True PACS SP2 and make sure stopping the correct service before rebooting and final check of the system after reboot. Near all new Installs running on customer managed environments. It would be good if we could add the procedure in to DOC3003551.
