UV Image Grouping has changed - saved Bookmarks are not longer working

As soon as we change the image grouping in UV (Systemwide configuration), all exams, where Navigator Series Number has changed, does not come up with the saved Bookmark. This is per Design. Because of Image Grouping is not possible on user level (UV-I-285), it is not possible to change it as soon as the customer is live with UV. This leads to the problem that some Exams are not grouped as expected. Bookmarks are very important in our Region for Conferencing, Radiologists are spending hours every day to present the exams to Clinicians. So the request is to appy any bookmark, not depending on series number in Navigator.
