image overlay configuration - DICOM Tags 0018,1411, 0018,1412 and 0018,1413 are missing
For the Image Overlay Configuration the DICOM Tag 0018,1411, 0018,1412 and 0018,1413 are not available. This is required due to legal requirements for the customer as written in the case#13422679

The customer requires that the ZFP display the exam note time. I checked with Santosh Jayraj and this feature cannot be configured. The customer heavily relies on the exam notes function and would like this extended to ZFP.
