Given I have a single EMR provider with ability to search by multiple PatientID + Domain Identifiers – I want to be able to submit a single search request with multiple Patient IDs and Domain Identifiers.
Why: So that I don’t have to set up multiple providers per domain which is what the current software forces me to do which results in duplicates etc, and errors.
Today, when multiple PIX domains are setup to query back for IRCC documents to a EMR hosting two or more domains, the documents are duplicated and impact workflow because the Reader has to rule out if a duplicate exists or if multiple notes for the same date. Note that in this case, the customer hasn't implemented a master patient record.
