Trigger on status change

It would be nice if CCW could send out a notification (ORU or other) with the status of an investigation changing to the status 'Ready for assessment' in order for the cardiologist to get a warning each time a study is ready for him to be reviewed. Then an EPD like 'Epic' can then send out an 'in basket' notification to the doctor who must assess it. Some other new systems do this already, hence the question.
