Bring UV to forefront on Windows 11

On win10 PCs we can adapt the registry as noted in the service cloud knowledge article but this does not work on Windows 11. The customer could not downgrade the PCs to windows 10.

Feature Request for WFM Exam Notes and We would like to add back the feature from RA1000 to UV version SP 2.0 for creating an exam note as another user.
