Worklist Auto-refresh to not scroll and lose highlighted items

Radiologists using worklists with a lot of items would like that the auto-refresh of the worklist wouldn't take them to the top of the worklist so that they don't loose their focus and don't have to scroll back down (sometimes for a few pages). Also they don't want the auto-refresh to loose the highlighted items in the worklists so that they are not interrupted in their work and they don't have to re-do these actions twice.
