We would like to add back the feature from RA1000 to UV version SP 2.0 for creating an exam note as another user. For example physician A has UV open but Physician B can add an exam note under Physician A's login and the author will show as Physician B.

Requested RA1000Exam Note parity with WFM for option to "Create As" when entering Exam Notes. This will allow another user that is not currently logged into WFM to add an Exam Note under their PACS username opposed to username currently logged into WFM.
