We are working on a project for customer to moving from existing RA1000 to UV WFM.Currently with RA1000 and Fluency, when a user is having issue with RA1000 and Fluency integration, they will close Fluency FFI app and run GeTrayApp.bat file to re-launch dictation system from the workstation. With new WFM, they are requesting the same / similar functionality.
With WFM and Powerscribe integration, WFM have function to re-launch dictation system when the dictation system’s window is closed by user. However, this function is not available for Fluency Integration. This was confirmed by the engineering team (Jessica Bolduc). Customer would like to submit the future enhancement request to have this function available for Fluency Integration.
To simulate the RA1000 workflow, customer attempted to run Centricity_WFM_StartFFI.bat file from the workstation, but it does not pass on username and password to Fluency FFI.
