This site is an order-less customer. Many of their outside imports do not have the appropriate modality assigned to the study and this negatively affects the HP selected when you open the study. Managing these studies in Admin Desktop is not feasible because they do not have an MFD.
@Guest Hello, which backend does your customer have? Is the modality properly mapped with procedure description in CATool or PACS Configuration tool? in "Change Study Information" the customer has the possibility to change the procedure description which is linked to modality so this will affect also the modality, is the customer using this workflow today? thanks, Francesca
