Description
Issue: Edison True PACS Users have expressed that the “IMAGE COUNT” column is not updating with the worklist auto refresh when the worklist contains the Ordered/scheduled status. The status will change when images arrive from Ordered to Arrived, yet if a user attempts to open the study, the diagnostic hub displays ZERO Images. If they close and go back to the worklist, the image column still displays “0”. Users are being required to “Manually” refresh the worklist by changing the worklist and going back to the original worklist, or manually refreshing via the kabob on the worklist name in order to see the image count change. The Physicians using ETP were dissatisfied with the study not updating the image count and displaying “Zero Image” in the diagnostic Hub when launched, and the techs are also were experiencing this because their worklists contain Ordered status. It forces the user to have to use additional clicks in order to update the image count, or edit the worklist to remove Ordered/Scheduled status. The workaround is to edit the system worklists to not contain Ordered status, due to not being able to create and use linked worklists currently in ETP. |
