Add a refresh hot key on keyboad

Asked multiple times during the go live if there could be a refresh key for WFM worklists. Showed them that they could click a worklist and click back or refresh via the refresh at top of worklist. Not crucial but an idea.

Configure UVWeb Preferences from Workflow Manager

This feature adds the ability to launch the UV Web user preferences dialog from WFM. This will allow quick and easy access to the preferences specific to UV without having to log into the UV Web component directly.
