Asked multiple times during the go live if there could be a refresh key for WFM worklists. Showed them that they could click a worklist and click back or refresh via the refresh at top of worklist. Not crucial but an idea.
@Guest Dear NIcholas, we have improved refresh experience by a single click for pinned worklist and folder. Please check with your customer if this would help.
