Reference lines 90 and 180 Degrees

The customer wants a functionality with which it is possible to draw reference lines strictly vertically (90 degrees) and horizontally (180 degrees), without having to make adjustments to the angle.

Feature Request for WFM Exam Notes and We would like to add back the feature from RA1000 to UV version SP 2.0 for creating an exam note as another user. For example physician A has UV open but Physician B can add an exam note under Physician A's login and the author will show as Physician B. Thanks
