S-PRIM : 3rd party archive as long term storage for True PACS

As part of the S-PRIM tender, requirement is to deliver a local PACS with a local cache storing 3 years of exams. That PACS must be able to interact with a regional VNA that will act as long term storage.

This VNA can potentially be a third party one (not necessarily EA).
