Workflow Manager v8 SP1: Request to retain Powerscribe login following a WFM logout. Current behavior is to log out of PS when logging out of WFM

Workflow Manager v8 SP1: Request to suppress "Reporting Disabled" pop up dialog box upon logging into WFM when user has Auto Launch Reporting preference set to Off
