Allow Single Character Search under WFM Accession Number column kabob

Site has a leading number that denotes a specific location where exam was performed.

Currently in WFM when user selects kabob in Accession Number column, the minimum required characters is 2.

Having the ability to search on single character will allow users to limit the worklist to a single location quickly.
