Workflow Manager v8 SP1: Request to suppress "Reporting Disabled" pop up dialog box upon logging into WFM when user has Auto Launch Reporting preference set to Off

This feature would remove the need for the user to have to close the pop up after logging in, thus creating a smoother experience.
