Workflow Manager v8 SP1: Request to suppress "Reporting Disabled" pop up dialog box upon logging into WFM when user has Auto Launch Reporting preference set to Off

Workflow Manager 8 SP2: Customer would like the options under the Workflow Preferences and Viewer Preferences as well as the MRN bubble that populates to show multiple domain MRNs to be added/removed as needed by user/user group

UV 7.0 SP2.0.0: Customer would like the options Detach Order and Dictate in the UV Patient Folder to be able to be added/removed if not needed

This will allow Admins to remove these options from users/user groups that do not need to have these any longer
