Workflow Manager 8 SP2: Customer would like the options under the Workflow Preferences and Viewer Preferences as well as the MRN bubble that populates to show multiple domain MRNs to be added/removed as needed by user/user group

This would give the Admins the option to add/remove the options under the Workflow and Viewer Preferences within WFM as they are needed or not needed. Also, gives them the option to display or not display the MRN bubble if the site has multiple domain MRNs
