In EA V8 when you add a new group, (PACS or DICOM if True PACS) you lose the ability to push Study to a DICOM destination unless all the devices are added to the newest group.
This creates a lot of manual entries and effort to add the devices to the new group. Slows down ITPS integration and testing efforts
