Customer wants to sort navigator thumbnails and save that sorting.

Customer would like to sort navigator thumbnails and have them save that sorting on exit of the exam. Their issue appears to be under Allegro-16073 which is not in any release yet.

Bring UV to forefront on Windows 11

On win10 PCs we can adapt the registry as noted in the service cloud knowledge article but this does not work on Windows 11. The customer could not downgrade the PCs to windows 10.
