Customer sends Order for Card directly from HIS into CCW, and when the exam is completed, they want to send back a full Outbound Order record which they want to pass reason for exam to, which would then be processed in the CPACS interface

Some modalities send first image as image 0 such as Phillips Mx8000 IDT . Dicom tag 0020 0013 but WFM starts count at 1

Workflow Manager v8 SP1: Request to suppress "Reporting Disabled" pop up dialog box upon logging into WFM when user has Auto Launch Reporting preference set to Off
