The Implementation team must perform Operating System Refreshes as older OS (i.e., 2012) are being replaced with newer OS (i.e. 2022). Having a solid instruction set as to the process and copy of existing settings and data to the newly installed OS Refresh system will avoid failures and improve upgrade timing.
From a quality perspective the upgrade OS Refresh instruction set is missing for the field.

Users should reference the CCG document, section 3.2 – Upgrade from unsupported CCG versions using Utilities.
