UV - Customer request the image order changing function on viewport

Currently UV is sorting image number by ascending on each viewport.

Customer request to enabling to change it as ascending/descending by themselves by clicking button or something.

This is not the change request about the initial sorting order. Just change it on viewport after displaying

It is enable on CWeb, so they need it also on UV.
