Hi Nicole, maybe we misunderstand each other. I meant the colour of the row, when you have selected the row. Then the row is marked darker than all others, customer is requesting to have this lighter.
As we can't change the contrast for one row I would propose to adapt the FR to "Possibility to define different colors for lights on/lights off for same priority" - then the user must check which light/dark color would fit the best for lights on/lights off and apply it accordingly. Do you agree?
@Nicole, Customer is complaining about the contrast in general. It is not about having the complete row in colour, or separate values for lights on/off.
As soon as you choose a worklist item, it is underlayed with colour and this contrast is not good enough to read it. Depending on Colour itself in combination with lights on or lights off, e.g. lights on Text can be read, lights off Text cannot be read.
As a workaround I added all needed Information in the Patient Context.
@Claudia: Does that mean they want to define separate values for lights on/lights off? And do they wish in addition to highlight the whole row with defined color instead of changing the color of the font? I don't get the request in total :-)
