@madleen pls insert more detailed information into FRs - there should be a detailed use case and description - it shouldn't be necessary for me to read through the whole customer case to understand the problem.
Customer requested to solve a query issue for one customer what could be done by administering the query for that user - I hope that the user did not only receive the answer about the created FR.
