The EPP option should be auto-enabled whenever the WFM Load Balance option is selected

If the EPP is not enabled during the install in any of the WFM nodes, then none of the EPP functions will work, including conversions of Folders to WFM worklists. To correct, downtime is needed once system is live.

Process to migrate logins to secondary replica with SQL AO. Some ( WFC and WFM) , but not all products have a process. This should be standard as it could be a huge miss and incur downtime.
