Enable "customer implementability" Customer and Services Readiness process and documentation to enable a customer to independently perform all tasks such as workflow design (current vs future with upgrade), how to configure changes independently, how to test independently, and how to train and support users independently.

This would significantly improve the rate the GEHC could upgrade IB customers to take advantage of the new release and reduce costs to both customer and GEHC.

    Create customer facing system where the customer can be enabled to own and manage the system without the need of a GEHC employee


    When an upgread is performed has a GUI for customer workflow settings. Eliminate script requirements.
