Increase the limit of 40 character for patient name on True PACS ims patient table

The patient names can be longer than 40 characters. Currently they system truncates the characters more than 40 and it is a quality issue. It should be the same of EA db tbldicomstudy for 0010,0010 field where it is 192.

Possiblity to configure more than one LDAP on TP with Admin Desktop

The customer might have more than one LDAP not trusted. The only way to do it is a manual change on wso2. Additional LDAP configurations cannot be managed by Admin Desktop configuration manager section.

TP SP2 - Dakota DDS entry deletion

Once you create an wrong entry on configuration manger - Dakota DDS section there is no way to delete it. Just to make the configuration as clean a possible, would be great if those wrong or useless entries can be deleted.

LUT (DICOM look up table files) being part of the original dataset. For some reason once those files are present in IW the CDMM tool has a problem to "stitch" them back together to a standard DICOM dataset (no errors reported but the output from CDMM will be corrupted).
