The EPP option should be auto-enabled whenever the WFM Load Balance option is selected
If the EPP is not enabled during the install in any of the WFM nodes, then none of the EPP functions will work, including conversions of Folders to WFM worklists. To correct, downtime is needed once system is live.
Once you create an wrong entry on configuration manger - Dakota DDS section there is no way to delete it. Just to make the configuration as clean a possible, would be great if those wrong or useless entries can be deleted.
