Able to refresh study from within the viewer

The customer is requiring the same functionality of refreshing the study from within the viewer as used in CWEB or UV.

The customer is currently launching ZFP from RIS via API tool to confirm all images are received from modality. When additional images are sent ZFP does not currently have the refresh study functionality. The customer requires to close the viewer and re-launch it from RIS.
