Include option to manually install ZFP sp11+

ZFP fails to install from Admin Desktop in almost every deployment. Inputs in the deploysolutioninput.json and SolutionDeployerData.ZFPEnterprise.Install.Model.json files are often updated with incorrect IP addresses, hostnames, passwords etc, and it is never clear where these values came from. We need an option to deploy ZFP manually as we seem to be in a constant battle between sites' security measures and automated installs
