Too often we end up in situations where load balancer (Big IP in this case) falsely get's 'all good' information from ZFP health monitors, just for us to realize that it's actually dead and needs a restart after we get customer complaints. This needs fixing! |
This is a very common error - sometimes the root cause is more serious like a service has failed other times users get it just because the ZFP server was taken out of live service in the load balanced pool. A search on sales force for the error brings back many many cases.
