ZFP should display the first and last cross-reference lines of a series when enable cross reference like CWEB.

When Cross-Reference is enabled, ZFP displays cross-reference line of displayed image in active viewport to another viewports.

The customer wants to see the first and last cross-reference lines of a series in active viewport also like CWEB.

It is better to change the behavior by configuration.

(The customer can select current behavior or CWEB like behavior.)
