Default the synch button for multi-planar imaging

Please advise if it is possible to have the Synchronization function set as active by default for UVZFP users.

Currently when users open cross sectional studies (CT / MRI), the sync function is not active, it requires the user to manually activate it.

When users change the plane of images they are looking at, the user needs to re-enable the function.
