ZFP patient timeline (PTL) to be able to display a thumbnail for a video submission

Currently the video icon for a submission in ZFP PTL will only display as 'MPEG' (if that is the mime type) and if the end user has filtered the PTL on criteria such as 'Facility' or 'Practice setting' then it becomes difficult for them to understand what the video submission could be, without having to reapply a filter such as 'event code' or 'title' etc. This is in contrast to still images (e.g. JPG) which do show a thumbnail and is clear for users what the submission consists of.
