Please add a function to adjust the angle of vertical lines when measuring CTR.

This is useful for images of elderly people who cannot keep their body straight when taking a photo, or images taken crookedly.

Accurate measurements cannot be made with a fixed angle.

CTR measurement is essential for dialysis patients.

This is implemented in Universal Viewer.
