Capability to disable to apply GSPS per user group.

Some AI system generate GSPS as result, but many customers want that only particular users apply them.

ZFP should be able to configure whether to apply GSPS or not per-user group or per-user basis.

■Background

Many administrators think that access to AI images/result and results should be restricted to particular users such as radiologist because AI-generated images and results are not always accurate. However, all users can view them on ZFP once they are stored in the PACS at this point. Therefore, it is necessary to have the capability to configure displaying or not based on individual users or user groups on ZFP.
