Increasing the unstacking feature’s maximum setting from 100 images to 400 images

Description:Customer wants to increase the maximum number of images for ZFPs unstacking feature that is configured in Admin Desktop. The Sonographers want to have parity between EchoPAC and Universal Viewer ZFP for when they use ZFP to review studies. This ensures that the single images display in the Navigator in the correct positions and avoids confusion. Currently the maximum is 100 but if that maximum is reached, ZFP will consolidate the single images and multi frame studies into one series. As such, they want to be able to view images as separate series but also have enough of a maximum number to cover extreme cases. The maximum is set at 100 but they want to have it increased to 400. The Sonographers are aware that the Navigator becomes filled with a lot of single image series but this is how they use EchoPAC.

Use case details: Sonographers want ZFP to be able to have a maximum of 400 images for unstacking a series with single frame and multi frame images. This ensures that their workflow does not change when handling single images in their exams.
