Add more dat filter options: Last 2 weeks, Last 30 days

Currently filters for “Today” & “Last 7 Days” work well, however the “All Studies” filter hangs up the system because it tries to filter every patient the user has referred to JPI.

They require a time frame larger than the past 7 days as an automatic filter for when they are reviewing patients with follow up consultations that fall outside of 1 week window. A last 30 days filter would allow a sufficient amount of patients to be automatically filtered without hanging up the system.
