VGR Customization on URL launch from external application

The region connect to ZFP PTL via a interface GUI called PDL from Mollyware developers. This is required for Swedish privacy laws. The issue sis that the PDL ZFP dropdown should display "more information" but shows menu content instead (HSA-ID) so from the banner, where user info/ID used in the PTL url launch is displayed on the upper right corner. they wanted to hide this userID.

This worked in the previous version but was customised specifically and this needs to be completed in this version 11.3.2

This has been raised in service cloud case 08908151 and the GE engineering team connected to the site and identified that the customization was done by editing the static files of ZFP code in legacy product as the content of static files were different from released content.

It has been determined that this customization should come as a feature request.
