ZFP to support polygonal shutters

Customer is requesting to view polygonal shutters in ZFP . In ZFP though the dicom info has polygonal shutter info it does not display polygonal shutter, you will see an image with a glaring white surround. Customer complains this is unacceptable and is a visual impairment.

Same images can be viewed on RA1000 or WebPACS.

Customer is on ZFP SP7. I tested the behavior in SP7, SP8, SP9, SP10 and SP11.1.1 its the same. ZFP does not support polygonal shutters.
