US Measurements in pixel instead of mm/cm + time - CWEB parity gap

After switching from CWEB to ZFP, the customer found that some measurements on ultrasound images were no longer possible.

This concerns all our customers in our region and also UV itself. All our other products like RA600, RA1000 and CWEB support these measurements.
