Triangulation tool required for the Zero Footprint viewer (ZFP)

Users require a triangulation tool in the 2D viewer for UV ZFP. This is important for users to be able to triangulate position in multiple series that have a different planar reconstruction. This could be visible as a new toolbar icon, or a as a 'hotzone' option in the viewport. This feature is readily available in legacy viewers including UV, RA1000 and AW and so is necessary for the ZFP viewer also.

The triangulation tool in the 3D pallet is fine for planar reconstructions for the same series but will not allow different series in the study to compared / triangulated, hence the necessity for this request.
