ZFP freehand ROI should have measurement results

As a doctor, for some lesions they would like to measure them by freehand ROI, so that they can get the size and other information to support their diagnosis.

So far, ZFP has freehand ROI function. However, it does not have any measurement results outcome. it is just like a label function. Customers who are using ZFP to view images cannot draw a shape as preference and get the area size. It is an obstacle for their diagnosis if the lesion is irregular shape.

Freehand ROI should have the same measurement results as an ellipse/circle ROI does, such as area size and HU statistics.
